When Storekit is the right call

Switching from Toast

  • How long does switching from Toast take?

    If Toast is only your ordering layer, about a week. If it is deeply wired into kitchen and payroll, we map integrations first - your concierge quotes a realistic go-live date.

  • Will I lose my Toast guest data?

    We import exports you can pull from Toast or your CRM. Historical orders may stay in Toast for reporting - we do not delete third-party records.

  • Can I migrate my Toast menu and settings?

    Menu and pricing, yes. POS-specific configs stay on Toast if you keep the till. We document what moves and what stays before you approve the diff.

  • What does it cost to switch?

    No Storekit setup fee. Check your Toast contract for any exit terms on their side - we do not charge a migration fee.

  • Will my team need to retrain?

    Guests order the same way on your domain or app. Staff changes are mostly admin and printer setup - usually one training session.
