Grab and go sushi used to be boring, unimaginative and lacking in quality and freshness….until SushiDog arrived. Starting off from a small kiosk in Westfield London 2018, they’ve always prided themselves on offering our customers high quality, made-to-order sushi in an approachable, affordable, grab and go format. Their mission is to always serve fulfilling food that makes everyone happy, just the way they like it.

Challenge
SushiDog weren’t new to digital ordering or loyalty, having already used 5loyalty. The problem however was that they struggled to get enough engagement to drive business change - due to a poor user experience leading to a lower uptake than expected. They knew that the idea of direct ordering (pickup, delivery & catering) combined with an advanced loyalty platform would be a game changer - they just needed the right solution.
Solution
By implementing storekit’s all-in-one direct ordering platform with CRM & loyalty (powered by Leat), SushiDog were able to transform their online business. All sites were rolled out simultaneously, and the SushiDog marketing team were provided in-depth support to allow for a smooth transition of CRM & loyalty customers from 5loyalty to storekit. Thanks to storekit’s integration with Nash, allowing for access to third-party delivery drivers, commission free, SushiDog were even able to launch a brand new direct channel for large catering orders (orders above £250 that must be placed at least a day in advance).
