Online ordering for franchises
One brand. Fifty operators. No drift.
A franchise's hardest problem is not technology, it is consistency. Every franchisee wants local control and head office needs the brand to look identical in Leeds and in Exeter. Central menus with scoped overrides give you both.

What actually gets in the way
Central control, local latitude
Head office owns the core menu, brand and pricing structure. Franchisees get the fields you unlock - local specials, opening hours, delivery zones - and nothing you do not.
One brand experience everywhere
Every site runs the same storefront design on the same domain structure, so the guest gets the same journey wherever they order and nobody builds their own website.
Settlement that respects the franchise agreement
Each site settles to its own account, with royalty and marketing-levy reporting that head office can reconcile without collecting spreadsheets.
Onboarding a new site in a day
New franchisees launch from a template rather than a project. The menu, brand, channels and integrations are already decided, so opening is a switch rather than a build.

revenue vs iOrder in week one at the Exeter pilot
Storekit landed with no issues, no disruption - and delivered higher average order values than our previous QR ordering. Its upsell functionality enhances the guest journey in a way that's fully aligned with our brand, while freeing our teams to focus on the energy and connection that make Boom what it is.

Things operators ask
Can franchisees be stopped from changing prices?
Yes. Permissions are set per field and per role, so head office can lock pricing and core menu while leaving hours, local specials and delivery zones to the operator. Every change carries an audit trail.
How does money reach each franchisee?
Each site settles to its own bank account directly, so franchisees are paid without head office acting as a clearing house. Group-level reporting still shows the whole network by site, channel and day.
How fast can we roll out across the network?
Once one site is templated, the rest are configuration rather than build. Boom Battle Bar went live across 29 venues in nine days; Incipio launched order-and-pay across its London venues in 48 hours.
Can one guest account work across every location?
Yes. The guest record, loyalty and reorder history follow the customer across the network, so a regular in Leeds is recognised in Exeter and the brand gets one view of them.
